We start from a hexagonal module with sides measuring 2 meters, allowing multidirectional growth. The off site fabrication of half hexagon units facilitates road transport and, with a tongue and groove joint system, enables quick assembly on site.

The basic module allows us to create a bioclimatic fabric, ranging from a permeable medium density urban layout that is compact yet porous allowing the ground to be freed and used for green areas while creating multiple courtyards, gardens, light and shadow, to high rise towers.
The resulting fabric can function as a four star hotel, as temporary camps for sports or music events, as temporary housing in developing countries, or as demountable accommodation in emergency situations, adapting to the needs and budget of each case.
Interior finishes are additive and customize the structural elements, adjusting to functional requirements or budget constraints while allowing maximum flexibility.
