The “Design with Purpose” event took place on May 28th as part of Casa Decor 2023 in Madrid. It consisted of a roundtable discussion featuring the architecture firm OHLAB and the BURR studio, sponsored by Miele, with the aim of discussing the importance of responsibility in design and construction. The roundtable was moderated by Pilar Marcos, director of Diseño Interior magazine.

During the event, which was held within the premises of Casa Decor, the participants shared their experiences and knowledge in sustainable and responsible design and construction, as well as best practices in the use of materials and resources. Topics covered included energy efficiency, the selection of sustainable materials, environmental impact, and the significance of responsible design in today’s society.

The roundtable facilitated an open discussion and an exchange of ideas among the participants and the attending audience, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and learning.
