Camera Studio is a photography studio located in the center of Madrid. For the project, three 400 m² industrial warehouses connected to each other were renovated. Two of the warehouses serve as independent photography studios, each equipped with its own diorama, kitchen, dressing room, bathrooms, and more.

The entrance warehouse is configured with two industrial containers freely placed within the space. Between the containers, a more intimate area is created to serve as a lounge for models and photographers, while the interior of the containers houses a storage area, a bathroom, and a staircase providing access to the offices located on the mezzanine. Above the containers, a lightweight, fully glazed platform is installed, accommodating offices for photo retouching work and administration.

The third warehouse serves as the entrance from the exterior and provides access to the two studios. This space requires a comprehensive program: it must function as a reception area, waiting zone, offices for eight people, storage, and a bathroom, all while maintaining access for cars and vans to reach both studios.

It was important to preserve the appealing industrial character of the space; therefore, a simple palette of basic materials is used across the three warehouses: polished concrete for the floors, restoration of the original metal structure, preservation of some original brick panels, and large industrial-style sliding doors separating the studios, made from reclaimed wood and welded iron.
