OHLAB<\/a> is an architecture and interior design practice based in Palma de Mallorca. It develops projects where research, material sensibility and technical precision come together. Known for delivering highly crafted, environmentally responsible work, the office offers clients a fully integrated design approach, aligning architecture and interior design from concept to completion. OHLAB has developed significant expertise in high-performance sustainable design, with experience in Passive House and LEED Platinum-certified projects. Its work has received international recognition and has been featured in leading architecture and design publications worldwide. <\/p>\n<\/div>

OHLAB<\/strong> has built an internationally recognized body of work across architecture and interior design. Founded in Shanghai, later established in Madrid, and now based in Palma de Mallorca, the office has developed an international practice shaped by research, design excellence and environmental responsibility. <\/p>\n

Its work has been nominated twice for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture \u2014 Mies van der Rohe Award \u2014 and recognized with distinctions such as Architecture Firm of the Year (2022) and Interior Design Firm of the Year (2019) by the Architecture MasterPrize, the Ciutat de Palma Prize, and multiple selections in the AD100 list. Additional recognition includes awards from the World Architecture Festival, FAD, Architectural Record, FRAME Awards, Surface and the Best of Year Awards in New York, among others. <\/p>\n

This recognition is rooted in a diverse portfolio of residential, hospitality and retail projects, including Can Bordoy, winner of more than twenty international awards; Paseo Mallorca 15, one of Spain\u2019s tallest Passivhaus residential buildings and recipient of the World Architecture Festival award for Best Use of Certified Timber; Can Santacilia, the renovation of a 3,000 m\u00b2 palace originally dating back to the 13th century; and Casa Xaloc, an award-winning positive-energy Passivhaus residence in Mallorca.<\/p>\n
