The proposal is organized according to the order established by the regulations. The block aligns its setbacks with the surrounding streets, incorporating specific interruptions and connections through passages and walkways that give it a unified character despite being fragmented pieces of a common proposal.
It frames solid volumes with an intentionally linear and horizontal appearance, reinterpreting signs of rupture by incorporating walkway references as articulation elements in the design. These elements also allow for a reduction in the number of cores and entrances, creating an efficient network of walkways that provides unity and distinct identity to the overall complex.

The homes are grouped into 20 horizontal blocks oriented toward the southeast. Each block adopts a slightly different orientation, creating a series of plazas and differentiated public and semi-private spaces.
The northwest façades, which contain services and access points, are covered with a low-maintenance vegetated layer placed over an independent structure. This system provides additional insulation for the homes, ensures privacy between the blocks, and creates a changing visual character for the urban spaces.
The southeast façades of each block are different thanks to the use of modern materials—such as composite panels in various colors, fiber boards and phenolic resin panels, combined with breathable render textures and glass. This gives each block its own identity and provides the entire complex with a dynamic and varied appearance.

All the homes have dual orientation with through-ventilation and a flexible layout, made possible by grouping the service areas along perimeter bands. The dwellings share a circulation core with the two adjacent blocks through a system of walkways, allowing 5 or 6 homes to share a single core without the need for corridors running parallel to the façade.

The network of walkways functions as an efficient access structure that “stitches” all the blocks together, providing unity and distinctiveness to the entire proposal through a series of punctual interventions.
It is proposed to use the resources saved by greatly optimizing the cores and entrances to create a network of unique elevated access spaces. Each intersection between the access walkways and the housing blocks (two or three intersections per block depending on its length) becomes a distinctive space that functions, depending on its configuration, as a garden.
